The Department of People with Special Needs held an initiative entitled “Our mission is to guide them” in the fourth general education secondary schools for visual impairment and the twentieth secondary school for motor disability on Sunday and Monday, corresponding to 19-20/7/1443 AH from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm within the approved programs of the Deanship of Student Affairs, and the initiative was presented by female employees The Department of People with Special Needs, under the supervision of the Director of the Department of People with Special Needs, Mr. Iman Al-Ghamdi, and the number of attendees reached 51 female employees of general education and students with visual and motor disabilities, where the following topics were discussed:
1- Highlighting the university’s role in caring for people with special needs and providing services outside the university walls.
2- Motivating and encouraging them to persevere and obtain high rates to achieve their desires in the desired disciplines at the university.
3- Introducing female students of general education with disabilities in the secondary stage to the most important services provided to them at the university.
